The Enlightenments of American Primary and Secondary Education

美国中小学教育能够培养出众多的优秀人才，与美国基础教育的教学理念是分不开的。他们倡导合作学习、体验式学习，课堂教学往往通过场景活动让学生在体验中自觉自悟自醒，理解知识的内涵和应用价值。笔者有幸亲身体体验美国的课堂教学，在美国教育的组织下，感受到了美国课堂自主学习合作探究的价值与科学，他们的教育就是最大限度地尊重学生的个性，让学生的潜能得到最大限度的发挥与展示。

That American primary and secondary education can train many excellent students is inseparable from the educational concepts of American basic education. They advocate cooperative learning and experiencing learning. The classroom teaching often makes students consciously understand the connotation and application value of knowledge in the experience by situation activities. The author had a chance to experience American classroom teaching and felt the values and science of independent learning and cooperative inquiry of American classroom under the organization of American education. Their education is to furthest respect students＇ personalities and let students＇ potentials get maximum display and presentation.
