教育是立国之本，国家级教育部为推进素质教育已经奋斗多年。随着《全日制义务教育美术课程标准》、《关于进一步推进义务教育均衡发展的若干意见》等规定的实施，美术教育重新成为社会公众的关注热点。由于农村地区的美术教育相比较于城市地区来看，还存在较大的差距，如何提高农村小学美术教育成效就显得更为重要。本文重点就农村小学美术教育现状、优化农村小学美术教育教学成效的策略方面展开探讨。

Education is the foundation of our country＇s development and the National Ministry of Education has promoted quality education for dozens of years. With the implementation of Art Curriculum Standard of the Full-time Compulsory Education and Several Opinions on Further Promoting the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education, an education becomes the spotlight of the public gain. There is still a huge gap between rural an education and urban an education. So how to improve the effects of an education in rural primary schools is significant, This paper mainly discusses the current status of an education in rural primary schools and the starategies of optimizing the teaching effects of an education in rural primary schools.
