摘要
针对目前英语在社会中的广泛运用，面对初中听力教学的现状，作为一线教师，思索如何切实提高英语课堂听力教学的实效显得尤为迫切和重要。
At present, English is widely used in the society, so it is urgent and important for a front-line teacher to think how to indeed improve the effectiveness of listening teaching in English classroom according to the present situation of middle school listening teaching.
