摘要
管理是一种协调人、财、物的活动,在管理过程中,不同的人性观会衍变出不同的管理方法以及理念。学校管理作为一种专业的管理,其管理理念及方法也需要建立在一定的人性假设的基础上,并随着理论的发展而发展。在社会高速发展的今天,学校管理应该以“经济人”,“社会人”,“自我实现人”,“复杂人”的人性假设为理论基础,树立“以生为秘’的管理理念,形成有法可依的规章制度,营造民主的氛围,保证学校决策的民主化。
Management is a coordinating activity of people, property and objects. During the process of management, different views of human nature will evolve different management methods and concepts. As a professional management, school management's concepts and methods need to be established on a certain basis of assumption about human nature and they are developing with the development of theories. Nowadays with the rapid development of the society, school management should take the assumption about human nature of"economic man", "social man", "self-actualizing man" and "complex man" as the theoretical basis to establish the "student-oriented" management concept, form rules and regulations with legal basis, create democratic atmosphere and ensure the democratization of school's decisions.
