高职院校“双班委”管理模式的探讨

班级管理与学生的成长成才紧密联系，而班委会是班级管理的直接执行者，特别是对于高职院校的学生来讲，班委会的好坏直接影响整个班级管理的质量。本文主要探讨了一种新的班级管理模式——“双班委”管理模式。为高职院校的学生管理提供一定的借鉴意义。

Class management is closely linked to students＇ growth. The class committee is the direct executor of class management, especially for the students of vocational colleges, the quality of class committee will directly affect the quality of the whole class management. This paper mainly discusses a new class management mode ＂double class committee＂ management mode, which provides some references for student management of higher vocational colleges.
