摘要
目的调查在职护理人员不同的学习时间的影响因素,为医院继续护理教育的管理提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷随机对佛山地区在职护理人员进行抽样调查。结果根据每月累计学习时间的多少分组,学习时间多者为A组(n=191),学习时间较多者为B组(n=263),学习时间少者为C组(n=135),比较各组护理人员年龄、医院的等级、工作年限、职称、工作岗位和学历。与C组相比,A组、B组年龄明显较小、工作年限较短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);分别与A组、B组对比,C组护理人员所在医院多为一甲、二甲等低级别医院。三组护理人员的职称、工作岗位和学历差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护理人员的学习时间长短与年龄、医院的等级、工作年限有关,而与职称、工作岗位、学历等无关。
Objective To study the influencing factors of autonomous learning time on nursing staff,in order to offer theoretical bases for nursing education management.Methods We took a random sample survey on the nurses on duty via questionnaire.Results The subjects were divided into 3 groups according to the study time,self-study time in Group A(n=191) is longest,and study time in Group C(n=135) is shortest,and that in Group B(n=263) is between the other two groups.Our investigation reveals that,subjects in Group A and B are significantly younger and have significantly shorter work seniority when compared with those in Group C(P&lt;0.05).Nurses in Group C,whose study time is shortest,are mostly from the a armour or dimethyl hospital.The professional title,education background are not statistically different among three groups(P&gt;0.05).Conclusion The length of learning time of nursing staff are related with age,the level of the hospital and work seniority,rather than professional titles,operation posts and education background.
