摘要
采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术 ,对螽总科 1 0种昆虫的RAPD带型变异进行了分析 .带型显示出属、种间多态性明显 ,能够明显区分 .利用NU取得遗传距离与遗传一致性矩阵 ,并用UPGMA聚类法进行分析 。
Random Amplified polymorphic DNA pattern variation in 10 species of Tettigonoidea are studied with RAPD technique.The patterns show a large amount of polymorphic variations among different genera and species.and also the molecular phylogenetic tree are constructed and the phylogenetic relationship is studied by the UPGMA method.
