To summarize the nursing experience of 18 cases with giant left ventricular aneurysm treated with endocardium encircle suturing remodeling technique,including preoperative preparation,psychological intervention,preoperative interview,surgical procedure and postoperative visit.We think that sufficient preoperative preparation,positive psychological intervention,successful preoperative visit,skilled operation skills and human postoperative visit are the key to successful operation.
