高校学报的转企改制刍议

On Transformation of University Journals into Enterprises

从分析高校学报目前的经费和发行现状以及功能定位和性质入手,认为新闻出版总署给予高校学报转企改制的"并入本校传媒企业、有三家以上的建立一个新传媒企业、并入其他传媒企业"三条路都行不通,高校学报具有非营利性质,也是一个非独立核算单位,难以用企业的管理方式来经营。

Based on the analysis of the curront funding and issue of university journals, as well as their function, orientation and na- turo, the paper holds that the throe paths, proposed by the General Administration of Press and Pubhcatiun, of transforming univer- sity journals into enterprises - incorporate into university media enterprises, building a new media enterprise ff there are three or more journals, or of incorporating into other media enterprises are impractical, for university journals are non - profit - oriented, non - independent accounting units, thus it is difficult to run a university journal by means of enterprise management.
