随着现代社会经济技术的迅猛发展,少儿图书馆的建设越来越受人们的关注。少儿图书馆要注意少儿读者特点,营造环境之美、馆藏书目要采访"最好的图书"、管理者修养美三个方面下工夫,以美的内涵吸引少儿读者,以美的形象亲近少儿读者,以美的服务帮助少儿读者,完成美的元素的传递流程,完善少儿图书馆读者的优质服务。

With the rapid development of modern social and economic technology, the construction of Children＇s Library has attained much attention. The paper holds that the construction involves the following three aspects according to the characteristics of children readers, namely, a beautiful environment creation, beautiful bibliography arrangement following the model of ＂the best library＂, and staff＇s inner cultivation; that is to say, to attract readers by aesthetic quality, good image and superior services, completing the transfer of the aesthetic elements and promoting higher quality services of children＇s libraries.
