资源型城镇发展构想

AN IDEA FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESOURCE-TYPED COUNTIES

文章从陕西北缘六县市城镇化发展的现状入手，指出该区域镇化水平低，职能单一，城镇发展尚处于资源规模化的初级阶段。在此基础上，结合系统生态学原理──熵理论分析该区城镇化的内在机理，具体探讨资源开发对城镇发展的阶段性影响。最后，提出相应对策，以实现该区城镇由单一资源型城镇向资源综合开发回城镇的转型。

Starting with the present situation of urbanization of six counties at the northern edge of Shaanxi province,this paper points out that the urbanization of this area is at a low level. The function of most of them is single. The counties still lie in the early period dependent on the resource exploration. On this basis,the paper analyzes the internal mechanism of urbanization according to the systematic ecology principle of Entropy Theo- ry,and studies the effects on the continual resource exploration of the urbanization. Finally appropriate methods have been put forward to realize the transformation from resource- typed counties with the single function to those with the comprehensive functions.
