Software operation method was introduced for using management sample to correct test sample results, by using work system of AFS-9X atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Adjusted value, more close to the true value, and the recovery of the experiment were automatically displayed, which strengthened and improved the function of the instrument controlling the quality of the test results, and the notices were stressed for the influence of the data accuracy in the software operation, which made AFS-9 X operating system be better understood and applied.
