哌啶类衍生物作为药物中间体在医药领域具有重要的研究价值。4-哌啶乙酸乙酯也是一种重要的哌啶类衍生物药物中间体,主要应用于合成多种神经性疾病的药物,例如惊厥、抗癫痫、镇静等,从而使其研究逐步成为许多科研工作者的研究热点。目前国内对该化合物的合成报道很少,因此对4-哌啶乙酸乙酯的合成进行研究,从而实现工业化生产,具有重要的社会经济价值。本文是以廉价的4-哌啶甲酸为原料,根据反应设备的条件,合理的选择反应试剂,探究出一条适合工厂生产4-哌啶乙酸乙酯的反应路线。

Piperidine class derivatives as drug intermediates in the medical field which is important in the research. 4-piperidine ethyl acetate also is a kind of important piperidine kind of derivatives drug intermediates, mainly used in the synthesis of the neurological diseases drugs, such as convulsions, antiepileptic, calm, so as to make its research has gradually become a research focus in the many research workers. At present domestic to the synthesis are reported as blank, so t-he 4-piperidine synthesis of ethyl acetate, so as to realize the industrialized production, and h-as important social and economic value. This article is based on cheap 4-piperidine formic acid as raw material, according to t-he condition of reaction equipment, the choice of reasonable reaction reagent, to explore the suitable factory production 4-piperidine ethyl acetate reaction route.
