汽车油箱箱体拉深模具CAD系统

STUDY ON THE CAD SYSTEM OF DRAWING DIE OF AUTOMOBILE GASOLINE TANK

针对汽车油箱拉深模的特点，以AutoCADR12为图形支持软件；采用AutoCAD与C语言的接口－ADS（AdvaucedDevelopmentSystem）作为主要开发语言，介绍了其拉深模具CAD系统的二次开发过程．建立了油箱的产品模型，并进行了工艺分析，确定拉深方案，以进行模具结构设计，最终输出模具的零件图和装配图．

Based on AutoCAD R 12 supporting software, a CAD system of drawing die of Automobile gasoline tank is developed according to the features of the gasoline tank's drawing die. ADS, an interface of AutoCAD and C advanced language, is used as the main programming language. The redeveloped process of the system is introduced. This system includes model establishing of product, process analyzing, scheme determining,die structure designing and. in the end, parts drawings and assemble dbeings outputting.
