薄板拉伸失稳问题浅析

摘要 主要阐述的是圆型薄板拉伸件,在经过较长时间的稳定冲压生产之后,产品的质量出现波动,其周边出现褶皱,即失稳现象,针对这一问题,本文通过分析薄板件在冲压过程中的毛坯变形区的应力变化规律,寻找影响板材拉伸失稳的因素,对薄板在拉伸过程中出现失稳的原因作出分析,有利于确定出解决问题的方法. When a plate is steadily pressed for a long time, it shrinks at the edge of the plate. This is called loss of stability It affects the quality of the product. Focusing on this problem, this article analyzes the law of the change of stress in the shape-changing area of the plate during the process of press on the plate, looks for the factors which cause the loss of Asbility on the plate during extension, and finds out the reasons causing the problem of loss of stability during extension. All of these will be helpful to find out the way to solve this problem.
