综述了精细化工生产过程采用低盐，无污染或低污染氧化剂氧化，非均相催化，电化学合成，研制开发代用品，溶剂回收利用，副产物综合利用等能被环境接受的新工艺和新方法．
The new process and methods in tine chemical were summarized. These process and methods such as low in orsanic salts, oxidation reactions with zero waste or low waste oxidants, heterogeneous catalysts,electrochemical synthesis, developing new products as a replacement, solvent recovery and reusing, and by products reusing are environmentally acceptable.
