摘要
对珙桐茎的解剖构造及扦插过程中愈伤组织的形成进行细胞组织学研究 ,结果证明 :珙桐扦插生根困难与其插穗中韧皮部存在一圈环状连续排列的厚壁纤维细胞及插穗茎内无先生根原基有关 ;愈伤组织起源于维管形成层和韧皮组织并具可分化形成根原基原始体的趋势。
The paper studies the developmental course of the callus from cutting of Davidia involucrata with the anatomical method. The results are shown as follows: (1)The difficulty of Davidia involucrata cutting is related to a cycle sclerenchyma in phloem and no incubate rool primordium in cuttings. (2)The callus originates from vascular cambium and phloem, and could come into root primordium.
