航空发动机柔性装配工装定位精度分析与研究 被引量:1

摘要 相较传统装配方式,柔性工装具有快速、高效、精确等优点。根据航空发动机装配特点,对柔性工装进行构型并对定位精度进行分析,根据其运动学方程得出速度雅克比矩阵,建立了位置误差模型。参考航空发动机装配基准件尺寸进行实例仿真,确定了随装配基准件变换时的结构参数及装配基准件的位姿。方法对于航空发动机柔性工装设计实现以及提高动平台定位精度具有重要意义,可为柔性工装的加工和装配提供理论依据。 Compared with traditional aero-engine assembly methods, flexible assembly tooling is more rapid, efficient and accurate. Based on the features of aero-engine assembly, this paper finishes a configuration on flexible assembly tooling and makes analysis on positional accuracy. And it builds the velocity jacobin matrix and error model according to its kinematics equation. We conduct the case simulation referring to the size of assembly foundations of aero-engine, and determine the structural parameters with the changing ones and their position. The method in this paper makes great sense in the design of aero-engine assembly and the positional accuracy of mobile platform, providing the theoretical basis for the process and assemble of flexible tooling.
