摘要
0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢锻件在锻造生产过程中,常常在锻件表面产生裂纹,轻者经打磨排除缺陷后使用,严重者报废处理,锻件合格率偏低。通过对典型缺陷件金相组织及扫描电镜等方面的检查及分析,确定出0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢锻件产生裂纹的主要原因是原材料Nb、Cu合金元素的偏析,针对分析的原因采取加强原材料的质量控制,入厂复验时进行棒材本体低倍组织检查等有效措施,解决该材料锻件出现裂纹问题。
During the forging process of OCrl7Ni4Cu4Nb steels, cracks usually appear on the forging surface, resulting in the low percentage of qualified forgings. The inspection and analysis on typical defects by OM and SEM show that the segregation of Nb and Cu alloying elements of raw materials is the main cause for the cracking behavior during the forging process. Based on these reasons, measures such as controlling the quality of raw materials by low-magnification OM observation on the original microstructure are regarded as an effective way to lower the possibility of cracks during the forging process.
