摘要
以有限元软件计算为主要研究手段,研究45#钢、SA508钢和SA351-CF3不锈钢在堆焊过程中不同的堆焊顺序对于焊件残余应力和变形量的影响。根据厂方提供的工艺参数,对以上3种材料的堆焊过程进行模拟,结果表明,对于体积较小厚度较薄的焊件,应采用平铺式堆焊顺序,反之则应采用包裹式。而对于导热系数较小膨胀率较大的焊件,应采用包裹式焊接顺序。模拟的结果为实际生产过程提供了重要的参考依据。
In this paper, the FEM is used to calculate the influence of buildup welding sequence on residual stress and deformation with the material of 45Osteel, SA508steel and SA351-CF3 stainless steel. Based on the given parameters the research simulates the buildup welding process with the three steels mentioned above. Results show that, for the smaller and thinner welding production, the tile sequence should be adopted, and the wrapping sequence otherwise. And for the welding production with smaller conductivity coefficient and larger expansion ratio, the wrapping sequence should be adopted. The simulation results offer an important reference for the actual productive process.
