维C银翘胶囊的质量标准研究

Study on quality standard for vitamin c yinqiao capsule

目的建立维C银翘胶囊的质量标准。方法采用HPLC法以乙腈-0.4%磷酸液（27：63）、乙腈-0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾（用磷酸调节pH值至2.4）（70：30）为流动相,在检测波长280nm,246nm处分别测定牛蒡苷、维生素C。结果牛蒡苷在0.02561~10.2440μg、维生素C在0.0532~1.0640μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r分别为0.9999、1,平均加样回收率分别为102.0%（RSD=1.5%）、100.29%（RSD=2.21%）。结论该方法简便、可靠,重现性好,可用于维C银翘胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard for Vitamin C Yinqiao capsule. Method The Arctiin,Vitamin C in the capsule were determined by HPLC with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid（27：63）, acetonitrile-0.01mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphoate（using phosphoric acid to adjust pH to 2.4） （70：30） respectively.The detection wavelengths were set at 280nm, 246nm. Result Tthe linear range of Arctiin,Vitamin C were in the ranges of 0.02561~10.2440 μg（r=0.9999）, 0.0532~1.0640 μg（r=1）,respectively. The average recorery were 102.0%（RSD of 1.5%）,100.29%（RSD of 2.21%）,respectively. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and reproducible, it can be used for the quality control of Vitamin C Yinqiao Capsule.
