长春西汀对老年急性脑梗死的临床治疗作用

Observation on the effect of Vinpocetine injection in treatment of the elder cerebral infarction

目的观察长春西汀(开文通)对老年急性脑梗死的临床疗效及可能作用机制方法 102例老年急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用长春西汀治疗。治疗前后分别测定双侧大脑中动脉(MCA)血流动力学参数,进行神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评价,并观察临床疗效。结果长春西汀(开文通)治疗组治疗后MCA血流动力学参数有明显改善(P<0.01),神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评价亦有明显改善(P<0.01),临床疗效较对照组佳(P<0.05)。结论长春西汀(开文通)对老年脑梗死者MCA血流动力学参数有明显改善,是治疗老年脑梗死安全有效的药物。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Vinpocetine injection on treatment of the elder cerebral infarction. Methods 102 elder patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups, the treated group and the control group. The treated group was treated with Vinpocetine injection with routine treatment. The control group was treated with routine treatment. The hemodynamic parametres of MCA were measured before and after treatment. Their clinical effective were observed. Results The hemodynamic parametres of MCA have significantly improved after Vinpocetine injection curation （P0.01）, the improvement of nerve function deficiency and the living ability of the treated group was higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The hemodynamic parameters of MCA of the elder cerebral infarction in treating with Vinpocetine injection have significantly improved. Vinpocetine injection theating the elderly Cerebral infarction is a safe and effective drug.
