炎琥宁治疗小儿急性肺炎的临床疗效分析

目的分析研究炎琥宁治疗小儿急性肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将94例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各47例,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予炎琥宁联合治疗,对照组仅给予常规治疗。结果观察组总有效率为97.87%,对照组总有效率为87.23%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组在退热、止咳、肺部啰音消失、X线片炎症吸收时间方面明显减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁治疗小儿急性肺炎疗效显著,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of yanhuning in treating children with acute pneumonia. Methods 94 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 47 cases in each group, the observation group was given Yanhuning combined on the basis of routine treatment, the control group only received routine treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.87%, the control guoup was 87.23%, the diffevence was statistically significant （P0.05）. Compared with the control group, in the fever,cough, pulmonary rales, x-ray absorption of in flammation time, observation group reduces obviously, the difference was statistically significant （ P 0.05）. Conclusion the curative effect of Yanhuning treatment of children with acute pneumonia significantly, security is good, worthy of clinical application.
