摘要
目的用高效液相色谱法测定双柏膏中的槲皮苷含量。方法采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(4.6×150mm,5μm),以磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液(1000ml0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液加25ml冰醋酸)-甲醇-乙腈(81∶12∶7)为流动相,检测波长为256nm。结果槲皮苷在进样量0.1352~3.3800μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9996(n=5),平均回收率为102.6%,RSD=1.6%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于控制该制剂的质量。
Objective To establish the determination for quercitrin in Shuangbai ointment by HPLC. Method The analysis was carried out by using an EclipseXDB-C18 column (4.6×150 mm, 5 μm), with potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer ( 25ml acetic acid was added to 1000ml 0.01mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution) and methanol and acetonitrile (81:12:7 V:V:V) as mobile phase. The detective wavelength was set at 256nm. Results There existed a good linear relation (r=0.9996, n=5) between the quercitrin and the peak area within the range of 0.1352~3.3800 μg. The average recovery was 102.6% with RSD 1.6% (n=6). Conclusion Accurate and repeatable results can be achieved by simple procedures. The method is suitable for quality control of the Shuangbai ointment.
