糖皮质激素类药物的急诊使用情况调查分析

目的了解糖皮质激素类药物的急诊使用情况,为本院进一步规范使用提供依据和参考。方法随机抽取2012年每月使用糖皮质激素类药物急诊处方50张,对糖皮质激素类药物使用情况进行统计、分析。结果急诊糖皮质激素类药物主要用于呼吸系统疾病、皮肤疾病等的治疗,其中地塞米松磷酸钠注射液使用频次最高,用药途径主要以雾化吸入、静脉用药为主。结论本院急诊糖皮质激素类药物的使用仍存在不合理之处,应进一步加强管理。

Objective ： Understanding of the use of glucocorticoid in emergency, providing the basis and reference for further regulate the use of our hospital. Method Randomly selected 50 emergency prescription using glucocorticoid of 2012 monthly, analyzing glucocorticoid use. Results Glucocorticoid in emergency mainly used for the treatment of respiratory diseases, skin diseases, etc. The most frequently used was dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection. The mainly route of administration were nebulized and intravenous. Conclusion The use of glucocorticoid in emergency of our hospital was still unreasonable, should be further strengthened managed.
