脑电双频指数在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术全麻中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索脑电双频指数检测(BIS)在老年腹腔镜手术全麻中的应用。方法选择择期行全麻下经腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者50例,随机分为BIS组和对照组,各25例,BIS组连接麻醉深度监护仪在麻醉期间通过连续检测BIS,对照组根据生命体征的变化来调节给药剂量调控麻醉深度。监测指标:两组患者入室、插管即刻、插管后1min、切皮、术毕、离室、麻醉期间血压、心率、血氧饱和度、术毕拔管时间、麻醉恢复时间。结果麻醉诱导期BIS组丙泊酚用量、血压下降的程度、术中低血压发生的频率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。BIS组术毕拔管时间、麻醉恢复时间短于对照组。结论在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术全麻中应用BIS监测麻醉深度调控麻醉,可使麻醉恢复时间缩短。
