高氟地区回民氟中毒患者超氧化物歧化酶活性及血红蛋白含量的测定 被引量:4

Measurement of the Superoxide Dismutase Activity and the Hemoglobin Content in Fluorosis Patients of the Hui Nationality in High Fluorine Areas

摘要 应用简易邻苯三酚自氧化法和高铁血红素法测定41例高氟地区回民氟中毒患者和32例非高氟区同龄回民健康人全血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血红蛋白(Hb)含量,结果为:(1)高氟地区氟中毒患者全血SOD活性(2250.80±72.95u/gHb)明显高于非高氟区正常人(1450.17±69.28u/gHb),两组均数间比较有极显著的差异(P<0.001);(2)氟中毒患者Hb含量(10.75±0.35g/100ml)明显低于正常人(12.26±0.63g/100ml),两组均数间有显著性统计学差异(P<0.05);(3)Ⅰ°~Ⅲ°患者SOD的活性分别与正常组对照差异极显著(P<0.001),Hb含量则无差异(P>0.05)。所得结果提示氟中毒患者全血SOD活性增高,Hb含量降低,为指导临床应用SOD预防和治疗氟中毒及氟中毒的机理研究提供了实验依据。 The simplified pyrogallol autoxidation method and cyanmethemoglobin were used to assay the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and hemoglobin content from 41 fluorosis patients of Hui nationality at high fluorine areas, and 32 normal individuals at matchable ages from normal areas. The results are: (1) the SOD activity of whole blood of fluorosis patients is 2250.80±72.59u/gHb and the control 1450.17±69.78u/gHb, the difference between the two groups is very significant, P<0.001; (2) the Hb content of the patients is 10.75±0.35g / 100ml and the control 12.26±0.63g / 100ml, P < 0.05; (3) the SOD activities of the patients at various degrees of fluorosis (Ⅰ°-Ⅲ°) are all significantly different from the control, P<0.001, while the Hb content shows no significant difference, P>0.05. The result provides clinicians with experiment evidence to prevent and treat the fluorosis with SOD.
