摘要
为了揭开热带气旋偏少的秘密 ,对今后的预报起一定的启示作用 ,本文主要探讨了 1998年热带气旋特少的诸种原因 ,并着重讨论了 7～ 9月 50 0 h Pa副热带高压各个特征量变化的异常与热带气旋特少之间的关系 ,对其它一些影响热带气旋的外界条件也进行了一些初步的探讨 .
The reasons that caused the quantities of tropical cyclones to be very few in 1998 were analysed.The relationship between the abnormal change of the features of the subtropical high at 500hPa from July to September and the occouring number of tropical cyclones was analysed.It was pointed out that tropical cyclone was related to some other environmental factors.
