摘要
短裙竹荪 [Dictyophora duplicata(Bose) Fisher]经热水抽提 ,乙醇沉淀 ,Sevag法去蛋白 ,乙醇分级分离 ,再经 DEAE-纤维素柱层析得多糖组分 PS.在体外产生 O·2 的反应体系中 ,竹荪多糖组分 PS在较低浓度下 (<2 0 0 mg/ L)具有清除 O·2 的作用 ,而在较高浓度下 (>2 0 0 mg/ L)作用不明显 .同时用荧光法研究了竹荪多糖组分 PS对人红细胞膜脂质过氧化的影响 。
Polysaccharide PS was isolated from the bodies of Dictyophora duplicata and subsequently purified by ethanol fractionation and DEAE Cellulose chromatography. The effect of PS on eliminating super oxygen free radical was studied, it indicated that PS could eliminate super oxygen free radical in low concentration(<200 mg/L), but its effect was indistinctive in high concentration(>200 mg/L). The effect of PS on membrane oxidation of human erythrocyte was also studied by the methods of fluorometry,and it showed that PS could inhibit the lipid peroxidation of “ghost” of human erythrocyte.
