摘要
从三值 Ga As逻辑输出级电路的等效开关模型出发 ,探索了适用于指导 Ga As极性变换电路的设计 .设计的电路已用 PSPICE程序予以模拟 ,结果表明 。
The switch signal theory suitable to guiding GaAs circuit design is investigated from the equal model of ternary GaAs output circuit.Based on this theory,ternary GaAs polarity transformation circuits with buffer function are designed.The computer simulations of designed circuits are executed by PSPICE,and the results show that they have correct logic functions and ideal transient characteristics.
