烧伤病人血栓素B_2和前列腺素的动态变化

Detectron of TXB_2 and 6-KPGF_(1α) in Patients with Burns

对 38例不同程度烧伤损伤和 2 0例正常人的血浆 TXB2 、 6 - KPGF1α进行了测定 .结果显示 ,烧伤组 TXB2 含量及 TXB2 / 6 - KPGF1α比值高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,尤其以烧伤早期、吸入性损伤、电烧伤患者 TXB2 升高更为明显 (P<0 .0 0 1) .提示 TXB2 含量变化与微循环障碍有关 ,是引起血管收缩和血栓形成进行性组织坏死的原因 .

Dections of TXB 2 and 6 KPGF 1α were made on 38 cases with burns and 20 normal cases. The result showed that TXB 2 and 6 KPGF 1α in the burn group were significantly higher than those in the normal group( P <0.01). TXB 2 was especially higher in the early stage of the burns with aspiration injuries and electricity burns( P <0.001).The result suggested that TXB 2 was correlated to the microcirculation disturbance in the cases of burns and might develop into the vascular constriction, thrombosis and progressive tissue necrosis.
