摘要
提出一种基于 Walsh四子带分解 ,将双三次插值与改进的分形编码相结合的图像压缩方法 .实验结果表明 ,与基本的自动分形图像编码方法相比 ,在基本保持重建图像质量的前提下 ,运算时间下降而压缩比提高 .
A new image compression coding approach based on Walsh quad-subband dividing is developed by combing the merits of double three-cubed interpolation and improved fractal encode. Experimental results show thatcompared to basic automatic fractal coding method,the new approach needs less computation time and higher compression ratios are obtained with no apparent depression on the quality of the reconstructed image.
