Relationship between C-erbB-2 and Adenocarcinoma

目的 探讨Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因与腺癌的关系。方法 采用核酸分子杂交技术、ＰＣＲ法、免疫组化。结果 Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２扩增或过度表达广泛存在于人的各种腺癌细胞。结论 Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因与腺癌的发生、分化、恶性程度、转移及预后有着密切的关系。

Objective To study the relationship between C erbB 2 protooncogene and adenocarcinoma.Methods Adopted technique of nucleic acid molecule hubridizaion,technique of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and immunohistochemistry technique.Results C erbB 2 oncogene amplification or superexpression broadly exists in various human adenocarcinoma cells.Conclusion There is close relationship between C erbB 2 oncogene and adenocarcinoma in origin,differentiation,malignant degree and metastasis and so on.
