压宁定治疗围术期高血压

An Understanding on Ebrantil for the Treatment of Peri-operative Hypertension

目的 静脉注射压宁定治疗围术期高血压疗效观察。方法 择期手术１７例，围术期发生高血夺廛静注压宁定２５～５０ｍｇ，观察注药前后的血压变化。结果 注药后血压、心率收缩压乘积显著低于注药前（Ｐ〈０．００１）。注药前后心率无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论 压宁定治疗围术期高血压有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effcet of i.v.ebrantil for the treatment of peri operative hypertension.Methods On 17 cases of routine operations,i.v.ebrantil was given during peri operative hypertension.The change in blood pressure were observed before and after drug injection.Results After drug injection,blood pressure and the product of heart rate and systolic pressure were significantly lower than those before drug injection ( P <0.001).There was no significant difference in heart rate ( P >0.05) before and after drug injection.Conclusion The treatment of peri operative hypertension with ebrantil shows satisfactory value of clinical application.
