分泌性中耳炎的临床治疗

Clinical Treatment of Secretory Otitis Media

目的分析探讨分泌性中耳炎的临床治疗方法。方法选取我院2008年2月至2012年3月收治的分泌性中耳炎患者178例,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给与中耳穿刺加药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用微波治疗,治疗10d,比较两组效果。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组为62.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论在中耳穿刺加药物治疗的基础上加用微波治疗分泌性中耳炎临床效果显著,疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Analysis of the clinical treatment of secretory otitis media.
