摘要
为了给W型火焰锅炉的运行、设计提供科学依据 ,对从法国Stein公司引进的 360MW的W型火焰锅炉 (配备直流缝隙式燃烧器 )进行了冷态模型的空气动力特性研究 .利用热线风速仪测量了炉内的流场速度 ,得出了不同工况下炉内W型气流的流场图以及最佳工况下的风量配置范围 ,对不同工况下流场的气流速度分布规律、气流的充满度、气流行程、炉膛出口处的气流速度偏差等进行了分析 ,研究了炉内空气动力场的特性和变化规律 .研究结果表明 ,形成良好炉内流场的各次风动量流率比的最佳范围为M1∶M2 ∶M3∶M4∶M5 =1∶1 9∶0 .2∶1 .4∶3.6~ 1∶38∶0 .2∶1 .4∶3.6;验证了此种W型火焰锅炉具有不易发生火焰短路以及炉膛出口的气流速度偏差小的特点 ;指出了锅炉存在的结构缺陷 .
The aerodynamic characteristics are analysed for a cold model of 360 MW W shape flame boiler with impellerless flat burner made by Stein Co.of France to provide scientific proofs for the operation and design.Presented are velocity distribution of the W shape air flow for different operating conditions and air flow rate under optimum operating condition. The hot wire anemometer is used to measure the air flow rate. Regularities of air flow velocity distribution, air flow fullness, air flow path and flue gas velocity deviation are analysed to determine the aerodynamic characteristics of the furnace. The results show that the optimum air flow rate is M 1∶M 2∶M 3∶M 4∶M 5=1∶19∶0.2∶1.4∶3.6~1∶38∶0 2∶1.4∶3.6; and flame short is difficult to happen in this boiler. The structure defaults of the boiler are also pointed out.
