摘要
本文使用国产B超仪进行地甲肿的调查和研究,测定了缺碘病区(吐鲁番)和控制区(乌鲁木齐)7~15岁学童(分别调查了68人和76人)甲状腺的长径、横径(宽度)、前后径(厚度)及体积。结果显示在碘缺乏病控制区内,正常儿童甲状腺体积依不同年龄组其平均值分别为7~8岁:6.25ml;9~12岁:10.30ml;13~15岁:14.36ml。在碘缺乏病流行区内9~12岁学童正常甲状腺体积平均为10.95ml,生理肿大、Ⅰ度及Ⅱ度肿大的甲状腺体积分别为12.56、17.16和35.04ml。文章认为,在IDD防治领域中应用B超,会对病区分类、病情监测及防治效果考核提出最客观最精确并能永久记录的数据,是最为有用的技术手段。
B mode ultrasound scanner (made in China ) was used in the investigations and studies of endemic goiter, by it we measured the length, width and thickness of the thyroid, and caculated the volumes of thyroids for schoolchildren aged 7-15 years in both IDD epidemic area (Turpan, Xinjiang) and control area (Urumqi). The results showed that the average values of thyroid volumes in different age groups of normal schoolchildren in IDD controlled area were 6.25ml(7-8ys), 10.30ml (9-12ys) and 14.36ml(13-15ys ), respectively, and the average value of thyroid volumes for normal schcolchilcren aged 9-12 in IDD epidemic area was 10.95ml, the average values of thyroid volumes in thyroid physiological enlargement, grade I and II goiter were 12.6, 17.16 and 35.04ml, respectively, the application of B mode ultrasonography, there fore, could provide the most objective and accurate data for endemic area classification, endemic condition monitoring and the inspection of control effects, we regarded it a most useful technique means for IDD studies.
