摘要
通过设计基于电子散斑的内应力测量图像采集与处理系统,为毛坯内应力场的自动测量奠定了硬件和软件的基础。研究散斑条纹处理的算法,根据散斑条纹噪声产生的原因以及设计的测量光路的特点,提出了条纹去噪和条纹校正的算法,利用该算法对条纹进行处理,获得了清晰有效的条纹。
Through designing speckle image acquisition and processing system of inner stress measurement, based on electronic speckle pattern interferometer technology(ESPI), which establishes the foundation of hardware and software for automatic measurement of the inner stress in the blank. The algorithm of stripes denoising and regulating is proposed, by studying tile algorithm of stripes processing, the cause of speckle stripe noises and the feature of measuring optical path designed. The clear and effective stripes are obtained using the algorithm to process.
