摘要
本文针对目前基于Zigbee的温度传感器普遍存在测量范围小,测量精度低的问题,结合工业现场对温度数据传输的实际要求,设计一款功耗低,测量精度高,应用范围广的基于Zigbee的热电阻温度传感器,该传感器,以Lm3s6911+微控制器为控制核心,通过pt100将温度信号转换为电信号,经AD627A放大转换处理,控制核心通过无线模块将最后结果发送给中心节点,实现工业现场温度的数据采集。
Currently the measurement range of Zigbee-based wireless temperature sensors is narrow,and the measurement accuracy is low.for the actual requirements of industrial field temperature transmission,designed a Zigbee-based wireless thermocouple temperature sensor,the sensor has a Lm3s6911 + microcontroller core control,and the temperature signal is converted to an electrical signal by pt100,AD627A enlarged the signal,after AD conversion process,the control core send the final results to the central node,through the wireless module.
