关于图书馆超市式大流通的现状分析——以河南科技学院图书馆为例

The Actuality Analysis of Library Supermarket Management——in the case of library of Henan institute of science and technology

图书馆实行超市化管理是社会发展的产物,是图书馆借阅方式、服务方式和管理方式的创新。分析了"大流通"的特点、现状和出现的问题,提出了解决问题的方法以及根据本馆的特点因馆制宜建设和实行具有本馆特色的运行模式和管理方法,提出了图书馆管理理论本馆化。

The library supermarket managing mode is the product of social development,and the innovation in library circulation,service and management.Based on the analysis of the characteristics,status as well as current problems in 'the wide circulation',the solution was proposed.Moreover,the library development,working pattern and management method should be performed distinctively according to the suggested library management theory with individual features.
