浅谈如何帮助高职学生树立自信心

On Helping Vocational College Students Build up Their Confidence

高职生文化素质基础相对较差,没有考上理想大学,有无能和失落感,认为上高职是不得已的选择,往往自责、贬低或惩罚自己。但年轻人争强好胜,不轻易接受挫折和失败的现实,在社会压力、家庭压力和自己不心甘的矛盾心理下为了维护自尊而往往在三年学习过程中通过种种逆反心理表现出来。因此帮助高职生重建自信心是高职院校教师必须面对的一项十分紧迫的任务。

Compared with those undergraduate students,vocational college students are bearing greater psychological pressure when they entered their new colleges because of their failure experience in important examinations.This article attempts to analyze the reasons that caused vocational college students’mental obstacle and put forward some points in order to help them rebuild up their confidence from the viewpoint of higher vocational teacher.
