Reflection on Technical Innovation in Institutions of Higher Learning

本文基于对高师院校科技创新及其运行机制的现状分析 ,通过借鉴国内外成功的科技创新组织形式的经验 ,提出了高师院校实现科技创新的基本途径。

On the basis of an analysis of the existing situation of teahnical inovation amng institutions of higher learning and borrowing successful experience tegarding organic parts in colleges and universities at home and abroad,the author suggests a fundamental way for realizing technical innovation in institutions of higher learnig.
