论我国中西部地区高等职业教育发展的制约因素及其对策

Restricting Factors and Countermeasures of the Development of Higher Vocational Education in the Mid-Western and western Regions of China

文章分析了制约我国中西部地区高等职业教育发展的三大因素 :固守传统观念 ,使其失去社会认同 ;经济建设滞后 ,使其难奠发展根基 ;部分举措失当 ,使其政策支撑乏力。当前需要从宏观背景、宏观管理、教育体系、经费筹集四方面下功夫 ,以求扬长避短 ,健康发展。

Three factors now restricting the development of higher vocational education in the mid-western and western regions are:clinging to outmoded ideas,making it lose the idenlification with the society;an underdeveloped economy,making it without a fundation for further development;some policy mistakes,causing a weakness of administrative support.Now we should put move emphasis on the study of macro-background,macro-management,educational system and fund-raising so as to make full use of favourable conditions while avoiding unfavourable ones in the smooth and healthy development of higher vocational education in these regions.
