浅谈“入世”后发展农业生产中亟待解决的几个问题

A Brief Analysis on Several Problems Required to Be Solved Urgently in Agricultural Production after China's Accession to the WTO

中国“入世”后对农业的利弊如何 ,一直是人们议论的热点。可以肯定 ,无论是从短期效果还是从长期趋势看 ,“入世”对我国农业是有利的。但要根据世贸组织原则逐步减少贸易保护的有关条款 ,国内农产品市场必将受到外来产品的冲击。因此 ,从现在起 ,我们必须立足于基本国情 ,自力更生 ,采取相应措施 ,排除制约发展农业生产的障碍 ,稳步推进农业朝着“两高一优”的方向发展 ,不断提高我国农产品的国际竞争能力 。

The advantages and disadvantages to agriculture after China joins in the WTO are always the hot topic.Both from the short-term effects and long-term tendency,it is definitely advantageous that China join in the WTO.However,according to the principles of WTO.Trade protection measures should be reduced gradually,therefore foreign products would have impacts upon the national market of agricultural products.And so,from now on,based on our basic national conditions,we must take corresponding measures to remove the obstacles which restrict agricultural production and develop agriculture according to the requirements of high output,efficiency and good quality.We must improve the international competitiveness of our agricultural products and make our country one of the powerful countries in export of agricultural products.
