摘要
随着造船工业技术的发展和质量意识的不断提高,船体焊接变形已成为衡量船艇建造质量优劣的重要指标。针对薄板结构焊接,本文指出了策划评估和装配施工作为"输入"的重要作用,并给出了焊接变形控制"前处理"的原则和方法。
As the development of shipbuilding techniques and the enhancement of quality awareness, The control of welding deformation has become an important index to the measurement of shipbuilding quality. On thin-plate structure welding, it is pointed out that the planning and hull assembly processing as the input of shipbuilding play an important role in shipbuilding, and the principles and methods of pre-processing in control of welding deformation is also proposed.
