摘要
拉深筋可以用来防止内皱的出现 ,本文对环形拉深筋的变形机理进行了理论分析和试验研究 ,讨论了筋的结构参数对拉深力以及筋的阻力的影响 .其结果是 :上述三种力的大小主要受板料对筋的最终包角。
The round drawbead can be used to prevent forming of inner wrinkling.In this paper,the distortion mechanism of round drawbead is analyzed theoretically and studied by experiment.The effect of bead′s geometric parameters on the drawing force and the bead′s restraining force is,too, discussed .It is concluded that values of the forces in question are mainly affected by the final bending angle of bead,the fillet radius of bead and that of the bead groove.
