摘要
本文利用 CCEW技术 ,采用直长型焊条 (L CCEJ5 0 7)对 1 6Mn钢进行双面焊和单面焊双面成形对接 ,分析焊缝宏观质量和缺陷 ,检验显微组织 ,测试其力学性能 .结果表明 :接头外观质量良好 ,焊缝的显微组织正常 ,力学性能符合国标 .对1 2 mm厚的板材 ,可以实现预留间隙双面焊一次焊透 ,省去开坡口工序 ,从而提高生产效率 ,值得推广应用 .
In this paper,a new welding technology Continuous Coated Electrode Welding (CCEW) is studied.A welded butt joint in 16 Mn steel was formed by means of Long Continuous Coated Electrode LCCJ507 by use of either of the techniques technique of welding on two sides or technique of welding on one side with two sides formed.Macroscopic weld qualities and defects were analyzed,the microstructure of the joint was investigated,and its mechanical properties were measured.Results show that the joint displays a good surface quality and a normal microstructure of the weld.The mechanical properties of the weld are up to national standards.A 12mm thick plate can be penetrated in a single operation by presetting a gap and using CCEW to weld the plate on two sides,which will dispense with groove making,and thereby have the welding productivity increased.The application of CCEW is worthy of extension.
