摘要
本文论述了大型抛物面天线模胎的数控加工工艺过程,重点阐述了为保证天线模胎抛物面和抛物线加工质量而采取的数控编程及加工技术解决方案,并对加工难点进行了详细剖析,研究了不同方案加工抛物面的优缺点。仿真和加工验证表明,采用数控车恒线速度加工抛物面可获得较高的表面质量和加工精度,满足抛物面天线模胎的加工要求。
Digital control processing procedure for large-size parabolic antenna bobbin is described in this paper.Digital control programming and processing technique scenario adopted for ensuring paraboloid of antenna and processing quality of parabolic is emphasized.Processing difficulty is detailed analyzed.The advantages and shortcomings of processing paraboloid for different scenarios are discussed.The simulation and processing results approve that higher surface quality and processing accuracy can be achieved by digital control lathe processing paraboloid with constant velocity,so as to meet processing requirements for parabolic antenna bobbin.
