乳房肿块自助检测片的制备与研究

乳房肿物辅助自检片是用于辅助乳房肿块的早期自检。利用乳房肿物检测片,手指可以轻易发现一般常规下难以发现的异常小颗粒肿物,对乳房分泌物,乳房肿块的细微变化可以灵敏发现,从而科学的发现早期乳腺病变,以便及早治疗。本项目采用热熔粘合新技术,选择合适的易生物降解PUR热熔胶合剂,优化上下层TPU膜边缘温度(150-165℃)、压力147.3-540.1kPa(1.5-5.5kg/cm2)、速度(复合时间20-30s)等工艺参数,保留黏合剂最初的粘性及较短的固化时间确保聚氨酯膜表面光滑、柔软且具有一定的强度。然后灌装食品级白油,封装消毒,制成乳房肿物辅助自检片新产品。该产品对乳房硬块感应灵敏,检测的准确率高。

Auxiliary self-checking piece of breast mass is used to diagnose early breast lump.While using this medical equipment for breast mass detection,fingers can easily feel the existence of breast masses,consequently,Breast secretions,breast lumps sensitive to subtle changes can be found.Thus early mammary pathological changes are discoved with the aim of treating early.This project used the new technology of hot-melt Adhesives,choosing a suitable biodegradable polyurethane reactive （PUR） hot melt Adhesive,and optimal temperature （150-165℃）,pressure 147.3-540.1kPa （1.5-5.5kg/cm 2 ）,speed （compound time 20-30s） processing parameters were choosed.Then the initial viscosity of PUR adhesivity and short solidification time made the surface of TPU membrane smooth,soft and has a certain strength.And filling food grade mineral oil,auxiliary self-checking piece of breast mass was prepared after disinfection of packaging.The rate of accuracy of examination is high,for this product is keen to the breast hard lump induction.
