建筑业农民工群体性突发事件研究

To Prevent Group Emergencies of Construction Rural Migrant Workers Must Solve the Problems of Both Surface and Root

近些年来,建筑行业农民工群体性突发事件层出不穷,虽然国务院一再发文强调,但仍难以防范。建筑业农民工群体性突发事件无法得到有效防范及根治,主要原因仍在于农民工的工资拖欠问题得不到彻底治理。本文深入探讨了农民工群体性突发事件背后的根源,并在此基础上提出了解决这一问题的根本途径,以期提供有益借鉴。

The group emergencies of construction rural migrant workers often happen when every year end.Although the state council has repeatedly emphasized,it is still difficult to prevent.Group emergencies can’t get effective prevention and cure,the main reason is the question about the rural migrant workers unpaid wages is not completely solved.This paper discussed the root cause of group emergencies deeply,and put forward the basic way of solving group emergencies,so as to provide the useful reference.
